Nothing today. Signing up, publishing services, searching, writing: all free. In a later phase, payment will be possible inside the app and the platform will keep a fee on those transactions only. It will be announced clearly before it applies, and it will never be applied retroactively.
Write what you need as you would say it out loud, without technical terms. We compare your words with what people offer and show you the matches, which you can sort by price, rating, availability or how recent they are. If nobody matches, publish your request on the board: whoever does that kind of work is notified.
Through the keywords of your services. They matter more than anything else: use the words a customer would use, not the ones a professional would. Someone looking for help writes “online store”, rarely “headless commerce”.
For now it happens outside the platform, directly between you two: you agree the amount and the method between yourselves. We are not part of that agreement and we do not hold the money.
Whoever does the work, directly to whoever commissioned it. We are not part of the transaction, so we issue nothing. Tax obligations are between the two of you: if in doubt, ask an accountant before starting.
Yes. A conversation and its attachments are visible only to the two participants. It is not merely hidden in the interface: the database itself refuses to hand those messages to anyone else, so tampering with the browser changes nothing.
Every profile and every conversation has a Report button and a Block button. Blocking is mutual and immediate: you stop seeing each other and neither can write. Reports reach us and we look at them.
Yes, from your settings, without asking anyone. It removes your profile, services, requests, reviews and conversations. You can also download a copy of your data first.
With a badge inside the app, an email when you are not around, and optionally a desktop notification. You choose which ones in your settings, and never more than one email every fifteen minutes for the same conversation.
